Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of arrival (per delivery confirmation or customs confirmation).
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns must be received in NEW condition (with tags, sealed, unused, same condition as sent).
Please notify us prior to returning your item by signing into your account (select completed orders then return items and follow the prompts), completing the Contact Us form on our website, or send us an email at email@example.com.
Refunds will be processed, within 48 hours, through your original payment method. Refunds will only be processed after item is received and inspected to verify condition. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items returned to us opened, seals broken, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Items returned to us because of an undeliverable address will be refunded the original purchase price (minus shipping charges) and the transaction will be cancelled. We are unable to reship or rebill for postage. However, you may repurchase the item from our store at any time (please make sure your address is complete and you provide a valid email address).
