General Information We process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We ship everyday with the exceptions of Sundays and Postal Holidays. You will receive an email from us at that time with your shipping information and Delivery Confirmation or Custom's Form number. Please provide a valid email address to ensure you receive this important notice.
Please note we are not responsible for packages lost/stolen once the item has been scanned as delivered by the post office. We will assist you in whatever way possible with package recovery, but we will not be able to refund.
We usually ship through the USPS and may use media, first class, parcel, or priority mail. Occasionally, we may use alternative shipping services depending on the final size of your order. Orders may be shipped in separate boxes if oversized.
We may require Signature Confirmation on larger or expensive orders to ensure proper delivery. We also may delay shipment in order to confirm identity and/or confirm legitimate use of a credit card. You will be contacted if these steps are necessary to protect you and your purchases.

We welcome all international customers and ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated by the United States Postal Service. These rates are determined by the shipping method chosen, number of items in package, total weight of package, and destination country. Your country may charge extra import taxes or charges (VAT) on your purchase, these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in any total provided on this site.
